Note that this pull-up bar is quite high; perhaps around 2.3 m above the ground.

Fløyen tuftepark
geo:60.395022,5.343268?z=16
OpenStreetMap
Outdoor gym on top of Fløyen. Rumour has it that some people walk up the mountain solely for the purpose of doing pull-ups at the top.
Bystranden, Store Lungegårdsvannet
geo:60.385080,5.341238?z=16
OpenStreetMap
As of 2026-04, this is a temporary outdoor gym while the beach itself is under construction. I hope there will still be pull-up bars around once the project is finished.

Nygårdstangen viadukt/bru
geo:60.385197,5.336276?z=16
OpenStreetMap
Outdoor gym under the motorway bridge next to BIR headquarters.

Nygårdsparken
geo:60.384949,5.326196?z=16
OpenStreetMap
Outdoor gym in Nygårdsparken. The pull-up bar is curved by design, probably more for purposes of “aesthetics”, rather than training.

Ulriken tuftepark
geo:60.377736,5.380801?z=16
OpenStreetMap
There is misinformation on the web about there being a tuftepark with pull-up bars on top of Ulriken. Photos on Google Maps appear to confirm this. However, as of 2024-09, there is nothing there except for a dip bar. Such a shame.
Tveiteparken
geo:60.351677,5.355458?z=16
OpenStreetMap
Nice location in the southern end of Tveitevannet. The pull-up bar is attached in the center, while its ends curve slightly downward.

Bjerknesparken

This is brilliant, so long as you don’t mind having an audience of a hundred or so balconies. Not pictured, out of frame to the right, are monkey bars.
